Complimentary Shipping

For a limited time, CÉLAN is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

No code is required. Complimentary shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. CÉLAN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

CÉLAN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact support@celanofficial.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

CÉLAN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact support@celanofficial.com and we will assist with a carrier investigation where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@celanofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
