Our Story
Many years ago, my dad gifted my mom a watch for their anniversary. Years later, in 2014, on my graduation day at the University of the Philippines, she passed it down to me.
I still remember that moment vividly. I was wearing a white dress. My three best friends had driven over three hours just to celebrate with me. I felt relief, pride, excitement, and a little uncertainty about what came next.
In the fall of 2025, I came across a watch that instantly took me back to that day. Suddenly, I wasn't thinking about the watch itself. I was thinking about my graduation, my friends, my family, and how that feeling had stayed with me all those years.
That's when it clicked.
"The objects we keep aren't valuable because of what they're made of or how much they cost. They're valuable because of the memories attached to them."
That belief became the foundation for CÉLAN.
Chapter One features four timepieces designed in Canada and created to mark the moments that matter most, whether it's a graduation, a promotion, an engagement, a new home, or simply a reminder of how far you've come.
