Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and protective films still attached

Items returned without protective films or showing signs of wear may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact support@celanofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. CÉLAN may provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Products with removed protective films

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration after delivery

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every CÉLAN watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the order date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Examples may include:

  • Movement failure

  • Defects affecting the watch's functionality

  • Manufacturing defects in components or assembly

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or neglect

  • Water damage resulting from use beyond the product's stated water resistance

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

  • Lost or stolen items

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@celanofficial.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and are subject to inspection and approval.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, CÉLAN will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product, or provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that natural signs of aging and everyday wear are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under this warranty.
